We visit your yard on a regular schedule, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and
remove all dog waste from the property. Waste is double-bagged and placed in
your outdoor trash bin or another customer-approved location. We do not haul
waste off-site.
We provide service on a recurring route schedule, similar to your local trash
pickup. Customers are assigned a service day based on our route, and we visit
weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the plan selected. We do not offer
exact appointment times, but we do send a text when we are on the way. As our
business grows and routes evolve, service days and arrival windows may
occasionally change.
No. As long as we have safe access to your yard, you do not need to be home. If
your dog will be outside during service, just let us know so we can take the safest
approach.
We currently serve Winthrop and surrounding communities, including Revere,
Everett, Malden, Melrose, and Saugus. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our

Pricing depends on the number of dogs and how often you want service. We offer
weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring service, as well as one-time cleanups.

No. We do not charge an initial cleanup fee for recurring service.
A credit card is required to request service. Recurring services are billed monthly. If your service begins mid-cycle, your first invoice will be prorated.
Payments are processed securely through Sweep & Go.
If you need to pause or cancel recurring service, just let us know. Unused future
service days will be refunded according to our Terms of Service, which you can review with the link button below.
If we miss a visit due to severe weather, illness, a holiday, or vacation, service will
resume on your next scheduled service day. We do not reschedule missed visits.
Yes. We have years of experience working with dogs of all temperaments through
Dani’s Pet Care. For everyone’s safety, we ask that reactive, anxious, or protective
dogs remain indoors during service.
Yes. We sanitize our tools and footwear between every visit to help protect your
pets and reduce cross-contamination.
No. At this time, we provide dog waste removal only.
